1. What this is
Sky Space is the yoga practice of Surgeet Kaur, who runs it as an individual, as an unregistered business — it is not a company. Classes are taught in person, by her, at two studios in Jaipur, Rajasthan. There is no online class and no other teacher. Yoga is not medical treatment, and nothing taught in class is a substitute for advice from a doctor.
2. Enrolling
- Classes are sold by the month, not by the session. One month is twelve sessions on your class’s fixed days and time — eight for Little Yogis.
- Your place is held for the month you paid for. Nothing renews automatically; you enrol again when you want the next month.
- Payment is taken in Indian rupees through Razorpay. The price shown on this site is the amount charged for the month.
- Adults enrol themselves. For Little Yogis, a parent or guardian enrols the child.
3. Missed classes
A month buys a place in a class, not a bank of credits. Sessions you miss are not carried into the next month. If Surgeet has to cancel a session, it is made up later in the month, or refunded if it cannot be.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your first class of the month. Once classes have begun the month is not refundable, except in the special cases set out in the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. In the room
Tell Surgeet before class about an injury, a pregnancy, or anything that changes what your body can do that day. Work at the level she gives you. Do not film or photograph other people in the room without asking them.
6. Risk
Physical practice carries physical risk. By enrolling you accept that risk and confirm you have no medical condition that makes practice unsafe without your doctor’s clearance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the month in question.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur have jurisdiction.
